Shafin Bin Imran About

I build the systems I wish someone had built for me.

Marketer based in Bangladesh. Two years in gym marketing and sales before this. Now building GrowthCraft, full-time, solo.

How I got here

I learned by building it for someone who had nothing.

I didn't know him before. I DM'd the gym, his cousin replied, and I went in the next day. That first meeting turned into something closer, the kind of relationship where he became like an uncle to me, not because we were family, but because of what we built together over that year.

He had no website, no CRM, no system tracking anything. I learned by building one, from scratch, figuring it out as I went. Within a year, the gym was ranking near the top of local search, review management alone took it from 370 to 430 five-star reviews, and I'd built out automated follow-up that actually worked.

What I learned most wasn't the marketing. It was watching good systems fail because nobody had a fast, repeatable way to actually get people using them. That's the gap GrowthCraft exists to close, not just building the system, but making sure it actually gets adopted.

How I work

Solo, by design.

I build every system myself, no handoff to a junior account manager, no outsourced work you never see. That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation, it's how the quality stays consistent from the first client to the fiftieth.
